I have been using this Dell 3521 inspiron laptop for two years now.
Recently I've been getting Kernel data inpage error bsod quite frequently.
I formatted my c: and reinstalled windows but the problem did not go away.

Sometimes after the bsod, I get disk error message and press ctrl+alt+delete to continue. Then after a few attempts at restart it works fine for a few hours.
I checked my hdd for error using the seatools as well as hdtube and it was fine, did a memory test from dell diagnostic and the result was fine again.
Also did a sfc.exe / scannow.
I am attaching everything I think is relevant, Please tell me if I can provide more information.

Please tell me if it is some software issue or hardware problem or if there is fix for this problem.

Now my bsod does not create any crash dump files, it says in the blue warning screen that it is unable to do so, but surprisingly the frequency of the bsod has decreased.

You are running a HP Product ID (PID) on a Dell board.
This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.

I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.
