Bsod loop on startup

Windows 7 professional 64-bit
32gb of ram
I5 3500

The machine is stuck in an endless boot loop with BAD_POOL_HEADER error. I've tried swapping ram, clean boot, reseating everything, running bare hardware. The system boots into safe mode with no issues. I've attached a dump file if anyone can read it and suggest something else to try.
