0x0000007f bsod on startup

my laptop was working very well, but now i get this on every startup, it loads to the welcome screen and then bsod. but it works normally in safe mode. what should i do?

UPDATE : it no longer gives a bsod but it freezes on the welcome screen?

purely based on the error report
Avast appears to be missing a couple of drivers, uninstall it with thier own tool in Safe mode - then re-install

update your Nvidea drivers
