Welcome aboard. There are multiple reason of the crashes.

► First of all, the October edition of nvidia display driver, which usually crashes there.
Code:
fffff880`03ecd258 fffff880`115d746f*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
[COLOR=Red]*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
 nvlddmkm+0x5a646f[/COLOR]
Install driver fusion. Then uninstall the display driver using it. Then get the September version of nvidia display driver, using the advanced search of NVIDIA Driver Downloads - Advanced Search.

Also, AMD SATA Controller AHCI 1.2 Device Driver
Code:
fffff880`03ece568 fffff880`00c38300*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for amd_sata.sys
[COLOR=Red]*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for amd_sata.sys
 amd_sata+0x3300[/COLOR]
update it from AMD Support & Drivers

► uninstall the following programs
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite *** [COLOR=Red][U]A must to do[/U][/COLOR]
Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility
Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility\AsrAppCharger
Free up the startup.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept the restart.
Let us know the results.

Oh no, PC has crashed twice again the last one when i turned the pc on it couldn't even see the SSHD or the DVD rom. I swapped the dvd rom to another channel and when the pc was turned on it loaded windows. I think I am going to have to take it back for them to look at :-( No crash report either as it didn't blue screen.
