Hi, I'm new here and have a failure with my computer. As I'm newly registered I wanted to make a post here so that the admins know I'm a genuine person and not a spammer or something.
So basically, I am trying to find out what the error number was, as the system shut down. In the meanwhile I wonder if someone can tell me how to find out what you'll need to know in order to help?
Brief background, every now and then the computer has been very very slow to start windows desktop after logging in.
There have been a few BSOD crashes, but after this one, I cannot get back into my system normally. I can only start in safe mode, but even that takes a very long time and everything I'm trying to open takes a very long time, even simple things like trying to see hard drives in Explorer.
Please bare with me, I'll try and provide more information as soon as I can. But for now, any pointers as to what I need to do would be very welcome. Thank you.
