Hi and Welcome to SF!!!

Since you said that all hardware test were clean, let's eliminate some software potential.
First of all, I would recommend you to remove Acronis True Image or update it, its date from 2007 and is way too old for window 7
Code:
fffff880`06da8000 fffff880`06dbf000 tifsfilt tifsfilt.sys Wed Aug 29 19:37:29 2007 (46D56889)
fffff880`01400000 fffff880`014b0000 timntr timntr.sys Wed Aug 29 19:38:23 2007 (46D568BF)
fffff880`01aaf000 fffff880`01b43000 tdrpman tdrpman.sys Mon Nov 12 20:36:33 2007 (473856E1)

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

Run check disk and HD diagnostic please:

Well I figured it out I think, it was the memory controller problem that is haunting all the phenom II 1090T's right now. Long story short bumbed the dram Voltage up to 1.55 gave the NB and cpu a .025V bump and voila no more chrashing ran a sandra sisoft burnin test for 3 hours way more than was needed. sys temp never made it over 43C and the processor stayed a cool 48C thanx to my thermaltake frio. There is actually a thread in here listing the details on the problem from AMD and the recomended fix but it's listed under memory problems maybe one of you guys should sticky the fix as it may relate to 85% of phenom 2/am3 board crashes especialy if you have memory clocked at 1333 or higher anyway thanx for the help guys.
