Hi,

I have read the posting instructions and hope what I have attached is correct.

have been having BSOD episodes almost daily, and don't know why. I think the problem started after I let windows perform automatic updates to my system, so restored my computer back to a point before the updates. That didn't help. This is a new laptop (only 3 weeks old).

I read other posts which indicated graphic setup maybe the problem, so changed my power settings to balanced, with a longer time (1 hr) before it shut down the display. The only thing I haven't tried that I read about, is disabling the bios caching.

But I'm really not that computer literate, and didn't want to go any further without help. Si I'm really hoping you can assist.

Thanks for any help in advance.
Abi
