Solved BSOD multiple errors 116, 117

Hello. I am having this problem for some months now. So... I keep getting black screen and after that my PC is restarting. This happens 80% of the time when i am playing Dota 2 (i also played Payday 2 and all was fine), the rest of 20% is just random black/blue screen. After the restart if i get back in the dota 2 i will have very low fps but i wont get black screen anymore (just very rarely); i need to restart again for max fps but the black screen problem will come back (this fact is when playing dota 2). Few days ago another problem appeared. After i get the black screen the computer tries to restard but the screen remains black and i get 6 beeps (this is not happening everytime i get black scree), so i have to manually restart from the button untill the computer starts again. Also recently sometimes when i try to shut down i get black screen so i have to turn off from button. I dont know what the problem could be...

Here is what i have done so far:

-complete reinstall of windows and drivers and full update

-bios uptate

-selected maximum performance (no power savings)

I also uploaded an image from a blue screen that i had today.

I was trying that but it gives me this: 500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Maybe because it has 8.21 MB ? I had plenty of bsod's...

Update: my computer is not working anymore. When i turn it on it doesnt go in windows... It only shows me the first page (black page with some information about my pc). It is stuck there

Here is a list of everything you can do get Windows to start. Then upload the files here for us to look at, as Boozad said. You are having problems with your graphics card based on the screenshot you provided.

Thank you so much for answer. I have managed to start windows today (i just entered bios and then just hit exit and save... and the windows started, all works now) but i still have the bsod problems. I managed to compress the files twice and i attached it. Thank you again and please have a look.

I already did that, installing (following the correct install provided in the link) a version that you recommended in another post as being the most stable (some old version 2013 if i remember right) but same bsod. Thanks.

I believe that was someone else recommending the version, I don't usually do that. Graphics problems are either the driver and not having a clean install, the PSU, The motherboard slot or the card itself. Other than another program's drivers conflicting with it, there is nothing else involved. So, try this and use the computer any way you want to for a minimum of 24 hours of actually using it. But, be sure to create a restore point before doing anything.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

   Information

What is Driver Verifier:
It puts stress on the drivers, and tries to make the faulty driver crash the computer. It is designed this way, to attempt to trap the offending driver.

What you will notice:
It will tend to make the computer rather slow and sluggish because the drivers are being stressed.

   Warning

Before enabling DV, make sure you have created a system restore point before enabling Driver Verifier. make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

   Tip

• If you fail to get on the Desktop because of DV, Boot into Advanced Boot Options > Safe mode. Disable DV there. Now boot normally again, and try following the instruction of enabling DV again.
• If you cannot boot in Safe mode, do a System Restore to a point you made earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

Ok so... i started that verifier and then i went playing dota 2 again... few minutes in the game and the BSOD is back. I attached the minidump file. Can i stop the verifier now ? Thanks.

The dump is exactly the same as the others. Let's do 2 things. First make sure your computer is set for small memory dumps http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html

Next, remove your card and place it in another slot.

Do you have a friend who could swap cards with you or loan you another card to try. That will be the next step.

I checked again and its set for smaller memory dumps. In order to change the card to another slot i will have to call a friend (because i dont know how to do that) and i will also ask him if he has another card so i can try it. I hope tomorrow he will come. I'll get back after i tried theese steps. Thank you !
