BSOD nvlddmkm.sys ERROR 116

I think there is also thread's on this issue but I think those thread's are now inactive so I am making this thread please tell me what is the root cause of this issue

my computer specifications :

1.Motherboard- ASUS P5G-MX
2.CPU - INTEL CORE 2 DUO E7500 2.93 GHZ
3.RAM- HYNIX DDR2 2GB 667MHZ
4.GRAPHIC CARD - NVIDIA GEFORCE 7300GS
5.PSU- FRONTECH ATX P4 JIL-2414A (450WATT)
6.HARDDRIVE- SAMSUNG HD161HJ ATA

One day i am using my PC as I use other days and then i just started need for speed most wanted 2005 and my computer suddenly shows BSOD showing nvldmkm.sys error then i uninstalled graphic card drivers using DDU software in safe mode and restarted the computer and then it start to "starting window " logo but there will be no vertical line then after that when "welcome" will be shown the screen goes black and after that BSOD shows then I will uninstalls driver in safe mode then restart it and it starts then it installed drivers automatically and need to restart then i restarted and then again BSOD and also sets of 3 blue horizontal lines appear even on motherboard splash screen i also tried older version of drivers but same thing occur.
