BSOD - Need Help with minidump files

Which test in Prime 95 were you using? Small fft's large fft's or Prime Blend?

Prime 95 Blend tests

I also did Mem86+ Version 4.0 test off of a boot disk. Ran over night no problems

From what I have read about your board, you should try the Asus site and see if you can update the chipset and LAN drivers. There are also some updated bios that could help.

Thanks, but looked at that. I am 100% up to date except I do not have the most recent BIOS - but all that is suppose to do is fix some keyboard problems.

How long ago did upi install Windows 7?

Go to Start > Run, and type evenvwr

Look over the Application and System logs for entries with a red explanation point

Then post back with the Event ID

Thanks,

I hope thing go well after the restore.

I did some digging around and I found my DRAM Bus voltage was set to 1.50 volts...

Suppose to be 1.65.

"user error" looks like the possible problem. :D

I did not do a restore.

I will wait to see if I get another BSOD.

Thanks!

skibum

I could read some of the items in yiour excel spreadsheet.

What language are you using?

Does this occur when you are watching videos or movies.

Many troubles :
Bad hard drive
bad memory

have you updated you graphic card drivers.

Do you have all updates from Window update?

Are you overclocking?

Could be over heating, blow out fans including the fan on the video card if if has one.

I would pull out a stick of RAM one by one and see if if makes any difference.

i'm using hungarian, i translated what i thought to be important. the thing is, that it happens totally random, so no not when watching videos. i think i have all updates, the graphic card update was done when i installed windows, i will check that though.
i'm not sure if i know what overclocking means, but if it's setting the processor to a higher GHz rate, than no, i don't do that.
overheating could be a problem, because my ventillation is pretty ****ty. i didn't mention that because it never gave me a bluescreen during vista; my laptop just switched off.
thanks you very much for your help!

ken j, i'm sorry, didn't realize that reading an xls file would be a problem on a windows forum...
