I noticed TCP/IP Registry Compatibility Driver (tcpipreg.sys) is giving the following error: This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)
I would go back to the factory image and install things in clusters. Create system restore points between all installation clusters. See which cluster causes it to start and then install those items one at a time to narrow down what it is.

I was thinking about doing this just sucks to have to reinstall everything over but oh well looks like thats what I will have to do. Thanks for your help.
Just an update. Well it seems my bsod occurred because of the order I installed windows updates and some software I was using. I think this corrupted some files and caused the bsod. I installed drivers, software and updates in chunks and I don't have the bsod anymore. I'm about to install security software to see if I get the bsod again but I doubt it at this point.
Thanks and yes it is. I think I was installing too much at once. But I before I did a factory restore, I found out that when I removed tcpipreg.sys from device manager (had a code 24) and remove the corresponding registry entries for the service in the registry, I stopped the bsod as well so everything was linked to that corrupted file.
A last update. I narrowed down the bsod to Comodo Internet Security 5.9. For some reason it corrupts TCP/IP Registry Compatibility Driver after installation then the bsod occurs consistently from then on. The rest of the security software I use caused no such problem.
Been a few months but I thought I would update thread anyways. "Microsoft has announced a hotfix for stability (system lockup) issues in Windows Filtering Platform implemented in Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 2008 Server and Windows 2008 Server R2: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2664888/en-us" This hotfix & Comodo Firewall 5.10 update solved all my problems with the BSOD.
