Solved BSOD Newly installed OS various error codes

So here is the breakdown, I was doing the windows 8 consumer preview, and after having a few issues with drivers I decided to go back to windows 7 where everything WAS fine and dandy. I formated drives and started from scratch with a new install, I have been receiving different kinds of BSODs and attached all files asked for in one zip. System Specs have been updated as well. Thanks in advance.

One more thing I failed to mention is that I am getting a lot of failed updates from windows updates, I tried doing SP1 like 6 times always failed, downloaded it individual and it still failed. I took some steps to clear the cache from WSUS and recanned and redownloaded, still failed. left my computer turned off for the night (before I set it on fire) and started it up again this morning it finally works, however every update after that fails.....

I have not had a chance to look over your crash reports, but based on your post, I would recommend checking your system for corrupted files.

• Run Disk Check with both boxes checked for all HDDs and with Automatically fix file system errors checked for all SSDs. Post back your logs for the checks after finding them using http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/96938-check-disk-chkdsk-read-event-viewer-log.html.
  For any drives that do not give the message:
  Windows has checked the file system and found no problems
  run disk check again as above. In other words, if it says:
  Windows has made corrections to the file system
  after running the disk check, run the disk check again.
  
  
• Run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html up to three times to fix all errors with a restart in between each. Post back if it continues to show errors after a fourth run or if the first run comes back with no integrity violations.

Ran check disk last night on c: and it made multiple corrections, however my disks are rather large so it's going to be a while before I get back with the logs. Thanks writhziden.

Any ideas on how all this corruption can happen on a fresh install?

Could be bad installation media. Could also be optimization software. Are you using any optimization software to speed up Windows? If so, I would recommend not doing so because Windows 7 is already pretty lightweight and most/all optimization software can damage the Windows installation, especially if any registry cleaning is involved.

I thought it might be the media...I dont use any optimization software but I do have kids that are degradation to any CD Sooo let me see if I can download an ISO from microsoft. Once again writhziden, Thanks! I will be back after I obtain new media.

So I downloaded the media and I still had issues installing, FINALLY I decided to stop ignoring a message I was receiving while trying to format a drive during install, something about UEFI and MBR so I googled it. One thing I found is that my recently purchased motherboard, that comes with new UEFI BIOS, has two forms of booting from disc, legacy and UEFI; well i was choosing UEFI without thinking about the message I went with legacy and windows installed better than before, HOWEVER I am still having some issues and they always come up when I am trying to use windows update so I ran SFC again and I am still getting some unrepairable corruption.

Did some reading on issues the messages displayed on the code above and some sites suggested a repair install but since I've done a fresh install I decided to keep reading, and on another post in this same forum someone suggested memtest86+ so I started a scan a few minutes ago and here are the results so far, I have no experience with this, any help interpreting it would be.greatly appreciated.

You have some bad RAM. Try running with two modules at a time. Avoid Static Damage to Your PC when swapping out RAM. Also, when you bought the RAM, did you make sure it was compatible with AMD processors?

Would bad ram affect a windows install?

It can. RAM swaps data with the hard disk as Windows is installed and as Windows runs, so if you had corrupted RAM data during installation, it could have resulted in a bad install.

Marking this as solved, finally found the culprit, one bad memory stick and using UEFI booting were the culprits of all the corrupt installs therefore causing the BSODs. I used legacy boot and took out the one bad stick and now we are back to 100% much thanks to writhziden and all his patience and technical knowledge.
