BSOD ntoskernal.exe intermittent, even during PC idle

hi guys, been having a problem with an ntoskernal.exe BSOD on a relatively new build and install of win7HP x64.
I've attached the zip as instructed, help with this would be great.

aaaand i've had another BSOD. PC was sitting idle, came home to find an unexpected shutdown.

have attached another zip.

aaaaaaaaaaaaand one of my sticks of RAM wasnt clipped in at one end properly.

Fingers crossed this fixes it. Will report back.
