Definitely heat related. I'm thinking there's a bad DIMM.

If SeaTools dosen't work try the DOS version to be sure.

Good news, so far. I removed the DIMM in slot 4 and let it run. It crashed with a BSOD. I removed the DIMM in slot 3 and replaced it with the DIMM from slot 4. It's been running about 15 hours with BOINC running at full throttle. CPU temps have gotten up to 45*C. Fingers crossed!

Hmmm. This has been the memory config for years. It's run without issues. The specs are identical to those of the other DIMMs.

That's not an argument. Do it or close the thread, because all further help posts will go nowhere.

RAM is not to mix at all. Use only the RAM modules came in a single KIT.
