Hi guys,

Sorry am new to this so hopefully im not being repetitive.
Have just bought a new ultrabook, specs are in my registration profile.
The damn thing has been giving me repetitive blue screens since I first booted it up. Unfortunately bought from a company in USA (I'm in NZ) so unsure about warranty....
It gives BSOD when just doing general tasks like internet browsing, and is the same BSOD every time. Booted it into safe mode and it also gave me the BSOD.
I will attach the zip file from the diagnostic tool and would be very appreciative of any help!

Better get it done quick before it goes again...

Cheers,
Pete

All these dump files appear to be self initiated by yourself.

Code:
[COLOR=Red]BugCheck DEADDEAD[/COLOR], {f00004b, 125025b, 12a60000, 0}

Probably caused by : Unknown_Image ( ANALYSIS_INCONCLUSIVE )
Are you actually having problems, or just messing around?

Hi there,
Thanks for your quick response. It is actually a problem, I'm not messing around.
Have had 2 more blue screens since I posted! I can upload another file for info on these ones too?
Im unsure how they could be self initiated due to the last 2 happening when writing an email, and viewing your response to my post.
The first BSOD happened just a few minutes after I activated windows, so am unsure if it would be to do with any new programs I have installed?

Thanks,
Pete

Also this could be completely unrelated, but everytime it recovers from BSOD it seems to have updates ready to install...

Stop 0xDEADDEAD is the key combination or something (can't remember exactly), which you can use and it will create a false bugcheck.

Please upload the other dump files too, they will be helpful.

Your Intel network driver seems to be causing problems, I would update the driver from your Samsung support page or check the Intel Support Page - Intel Customer Support
