BSOD -ntoskrnl.exe main problem file

With 2 RAM sticks it seems I didn't got any BSoDs. I had around 28hr uptime before I restarted the computer to try Windows Memory Diagnostics. I ran the test with one RAM at the time. I used the Extended Test, Cache On. Ran the test 12hrs each, no errors on all four. Ran again with Extended Test with Cache on Default(Some tests use Cache and some don't). Yesterday got Hardware error on one RAM, not in every test though so that I will replace.

BUT, when I took that out and used the other three RAMs, I still got BSoD. Reinstalled Windows and only installed the LAN driver and started install Windows Update, got BSoD. I have XMP enabled.
I'm currently running the Windows Memory Diagnostics again on the three RAMS. One ram at the time and each RAM in a different slot and see how it goes.

I can try to upload the dump when I get home from work in ~8hrs.
Starting to think its the motherboard. After the tests I will try 3 RAM at the same time, does it BSOD, I will try only with 2. Perhaps my HDDS can cause this?
Any ideas?

This is. From Post #19 ....
► First .... some motherboards cannot take the load of all the RAM slots. If all the slots are occupied, it crashes. But if it is not, the computer runs good. It is a motherboard related issue. You check the situation with two RAM sticks only. Does it BSOD in the same way? If so, this point will be ruled out.
Better you use the setting that works good. Or Go to the vendor and ask for replacement of the board.
The replacement board will be of same make/model, so the issue is supposed to be continued there too.

I doubt any more crash dump analysis is required here.

Okey. I will see how the test goes, if the 3 dont show any I will try three again, if that fail I will try two only and if that works I will ask for replacement and hope I can use more than 2 RAMs. But it's not the end of the world to use only 2 RAMs. 8GB for a simple server is enough for me I guess.

Thank you so much for the help Arc. Appreciate it so much.
