And another BSOD... Attached the files. Happened again while playing Tera for around ~2 hours, played FarCry 3 earlier for ~3 hours and no BSOD.

Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.
   Note
Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial in order to rule out the faulty stick.

   Information
Errors are sometimes found after 8 passes.

   Tip
Do this test overnight, before going to bed.

If Memtest86+ does not find any errors with ram run Windows Memory Diagnostics for 7-8 passes following its tutorial:

Alright, successfully booted up with Verifier.exe running, we'll see what happens; but I do have a question, should I leave the PC running overnight to hit the 24 hour limit if I don't BSOD before?

I was also starting to think it might be my V-Card based on that last error; so I opened up my case and cleaned it out really well, un-hooked my card cleaned the slot, fan in the card, everything.

Hello Raleia.

So you are with DV enabled now? Can you use Nero BackIt Up and Nero InCd with verifier enabled, as a part of the test?

You dont have nero 12 installed? If not, leave it.

Asked it, for the reason that lately I have noticed the same issue as your last crash with nero incd, and your older MSINFO32 sais that you have Nero12 installed, so wanted to have a check only.

Well, another BSOD, but this one happened while just sitting on my desktop running OCCT to make sure it wasn't a CPU overheating issue, still not sure if it was or not. Attached mini-dump file and crash text.

I was also browsing around in Event Viewer and had these warnings:

A corrected hardware error has occurred.

Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Corrected Machine Check
Error Type: Translation Lookaside Buffer Error
Processor ID: 5

Just a bunch of those, can't pinpoint when they first started.

Followup: MachineOwner
---------
A bugcheck Di is caused by a device driver usually. The probably caused by line says that it is caused by USBPORT.sys; which is an OS element. So we may conclude that either some USB device driver or USB port drivers are causing the crash here. So first do some general USB related troubleshooting. For the port, first, uninstall and reinstall the USB ports drivers.

  1. Right click on Computer icon > manage. It will open the computer management window.
  2. Click on "Device Manager" in the left pane, it will list all installed devices up.
  3. Expand "USB Serial Bus Controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
  4. Click on one item to select, then right click and uninstall.
  5. Do the same for all.
  6. Restart the computer.
  7. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate drivers.
And, Disable USB Selective Suspense too.
USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

For the devices, first, detach all the USB devices other than the keyboard and mouse.
Then, Update the drivers for them all, including the keyboard and mouse, if any third party drivers are installed for them.

Another thing I have noticed .... the version of NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver you have installed is a known cause of BSODs.

So you need to update it ....
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Renesas Electronics\USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver
Update it from Support/Design | Renesas Electronics

Let us know the results.

Alright, uninstalled all the USB's under USB Series Bus Controller in Device Manager. Turned off USB Selective Suspend and uninstalled and updated Keyboard and Mouse Software/Drivers as well as the NEC USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver. I used this site: RENESAS/NEC Drivers & Firmwares The one you linked me wouldn't update correctly.

Thanks for the help, will report back with more info if anything else happens.
