Hi Guys, It was memory culprit after all. Had my Corsair RMAed and got the new sticks today. Inserted them, ran memtest 4.10 - Pass. And running my pc now with no errors.

I made a fresh install of win 7, never installed KIS again, instead using security essentials from Mcsft.
Now let me try to overclock the setup with new sticks.

lol just did OC Genie on this board and windows keeps restarting. disabled OC Genie and all is well now. will fiddle with it later.
