ntsokrnl.exe BSOD on new build

Greetings, all!

I have a new build that is giving me some trouble. All new components -- Gigabyte GA-H97N-WIFI w/ i5 4590, 8GB Kingston Hyper-X Blue, ASUS GTX550ti, and Corsair MX100 512. Everything is running stock, no overclocking or anything of that nature. It ran fine all week until yesterday, with an ntsokrnl.exe BSOD. Power supply and cooling are more than sufficient (I'd rather over-engineer than play catch-up). While this is the first BSOD I've had on this machine, it's a little disconcerting given that it's a new build with a clean OS install.

I ran chkdsk twice with no errors found, and then ran the latest memtest overnight with no errors. While I'm an accomplished builder, this is the first time trying to diagnose BSODs, so any assistance that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

SF Diagnostic Tool folder attached.

THANKS!!!

I have absolutely NO CLUE how long this system will last before I get bored and build something new...
Debug: Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiMapPageInHyperSpaceWorker+1b )

Problem Devices: Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) 4.0 Adapter USB\VID_8087&PID_07DC\5&2B3AEBE4&0&11 This device is disabled.

Uninstall: COMODO Internet Security c:\program files\comodo\comodo internet security\cistray.exe Public HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Try Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

That's what i found in the files you uploaded, not going to patronize you, I'm sure you know what to do from here...

Good Luck ;)

Well, crap. BSOD'd again this afternoon. Uninstalled Comodo IS, installed MS Security Essentials. Verified drivers for BT. Al was well until bringing it out of sleep, and it went BSOD, again. Files attached...

Still showing memory at fault:

Code:
Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

BugCheck 1E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff80002ebf06b, 0, ffffffffffffffff}

Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiMapPageInHyperSpaceWorker+1b )

Followup: MachineOwner

Check your timings for memory are correct, also check that the ram modules are compatible with that motherboard.

Can you post a screen shot of your ram timings using cpuz 'memory tab & spd tab'

thanks
