Hello everyone, built my Wife a computer a couple years ago but the case was smaller than expected and is a bit cozy. The components do run a bit hot, and she's been getting BSODs not infrequently in the middle of gaming. Not completely sure it's overheating, but if someone would be able to help interpret the logs here, it would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

I can't find any evidence of overheating in the Event Log. Download, install and run Speccy....make a note of the various componenet temperatures (use the Celcius scale please), and post them back here.

The latests .dmp suggests a problematic 3rd party driver, but its not definitive yet. Please follow this:

Follow:
1. Log in as administrator, open Windows Explorer and go to C:\Windows\Minidump
2. Delete all .dmp files in that folder
3. Run Driver Verifier as follows:

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Driver Verifier will cause your computer to run very sluggishly - this is normal. What it is trying to do is force your system to BSOD and isolate the offending driver/s. When it does, reboot, disable driver verifier, reboot as normal, re-run the DM Log Collector, and upload the new ZIP file here.

I recommend creating a system restore point before turning on driver verifier:

If your system fails to boot to desktop once driver verifier is enabled, turn it off by booting into Safe Mode:
