BSOD on a brand new machine freshly installed windows 7

hey, bought a new machine as part of my new home studio, installed windows 7 all the hardware drivers which came with it, ran windows update and installed all the recommended packages, since the day after i keep getting around 2-3 bsod's a day and its been a week since. couldnt find any solution on google for the specific msg i get, installed an application called "whocrashed" which shows the crash log and this is what came out, the rest are the same:

If you had not asked, I probably would have seen this sooner. I usually work from the oldest threads to the newest, and yours moved up the list to newest due to the "anyone?"...


Software Concerns:

Recommend removing your Gigabyte utilities through Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Uninstall a program. They can provide software interfaces with the hardware for overclocking, and even when the overclock is not enabled, that interface can cause instability. They are also not needed for the system to function properly and may reduce system resources.​

Analysis:

Your crashes appear to be caused by your Virus TI synthesizer and/or other USB devices. Is the synthesizer a USB device?

For the USB problems...

• Start with http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/165554-usb-driver-general-fix-problems.html to resolve the USB issues. Also, USB ports can sometimes enter a safe power state to protect the system from power surges due to USB devices. To reset the USB ports to a nominal power state:
  
  1. Shut down and turn off the computer.
  2. Unplug the computer from the wall or surge protector (then remove the battery if it is a laptop).
  3. "Remove the computer from any port replicator or docking station, disconnect
     cables to printers or devices such as external monitors, USB memory sticks or SD cards, headset or external speakers, mouse or auxiliary keyboard, turn off WIFI and Bluetooth wireless devices." i ran the windows driver verifier, checked all the drivers except the one from microsoft including the virususb.sys file. surprise! system crashed, help! attached the latest 3 dump files.

All Verifier Enabled crashes were caused by your Virus TI synthesizer. Disable Verifier prior to doing the next steps:

Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right click Command Prompt -> Run as administrator -> Type the following command and then Enter:

verifier /reset​

-> Restart your computer.​

what could be the root problemmaker? in what direction should i continue to investigate the issue? could it be the device itself, or an incompatiblity? most of the crashes pointed to the intel usb driver, buttom line should it check it with both the virus manufacturer support and intel ?

Have you done the USB troubleshooting steps I gave you? Did you remove the Virus Synthesizer during those steps as recommended within the steps?

You have not provided us with much information as to what steps you have taken so far. If you have done the USB troubleshooting with the Virus Synthesizer removed, then you should remove it completely for a time and see if crashes continue. If they do not, then contact the manufacturer of the Virus Synthesizer device.
