It happened randomly while I was mucking about in Chrome. First time it's Bsodded, PC is brand new. Only been built for ~3 weeks. Nothing OC'd.

Oh here's my specs, forgot to post em last night.

CPU - Intel Haswell Core i5-4590, 3.30GHz,
GPU - EVGA GTX 970.
Mobo - ASRock Z97 Anniversary
Ram - Corsair XMS, 8GB Kit, DDR3-1333 x 2
PSU - Corsair CX, 600W
HDD - Western Digital Caviar Blue, 1TB

Memtest finished 8 passes and there was no errors. Gonna try updating my Bios later but apart from that I got no idea what to be looking at.

Edit: Nevermind, Bios was the latest version.

Okay, I ran Driver verifier and it Bsodded very shortly after loggin in. Here's the new dmp file, stop code 0xD5, caused by epfwwfp.sys.

Can anyone help me with this? I have no idea what to be looking at.

Ran sfc /scannow twice and it didn't find anything.

Am I actually gonna get help with this or am I just talking to myself here? :|

I've been getting this same "System Service Exception" BSOD while using Chrome in Windows 8.1 64. I've clean installed to Windows 10 and I am STILL getting this error! I'll try to post here if I manage to find a solution. From what I can tell so far the issue does seem to be related to google Chrome...

I've been thinking Chrome is the problem as well actually. It's been giving me problems since I installed it on my PC. Laptop has no problems with it though :|

I might try swapping browsers and opening up a crap load of tabs to see if it crashes. Though I'm taking my pc into a tech store thing and getting them to test every last bit of it so we'll see if that sheds any light on this.
