My Full System specs are the following:

Please let me know.
Thanks,

Hi dmaco.

All the things indicate a storage failure there.
Code:
KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)
The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. [COLOR=Red]Typically caused by
a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error (*).[/COLOR] Also see
KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.[B]
[COLOR=Red]If the error status is 0xC000000E[/COLOR][/B], 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185,
[B][COLOR=Red]it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure.[/COLOR][/B]
If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because
a filesystem failed to make forward progress.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff6fc40017ea0, lock type that was held (value 1,2,3, or PTE address)
Arg2: ffffffff[COLOR=Red]c000000e, error status[/COLOR] (normally i/o status code)
Arg3: 000000007f34ebe0, current process (virtual address for lock type 3, or PTE)
Arg4: fffff88002fd4000, virtual address that could not be in-paged (or PTE contents if arg1 is a PTE address)
Code:
ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) [COLOR=Red]0xc000000e - A device which does not exist was specified.[/COLOR]

DISK_HARDWARE_ERROR: [COLOR=Red][U][B]There was error with disk hardware[/B][/U][/COLOR]
And a lot of the event logs ....
Code:
Event[33804]:
  Log Name: System
  Source: Disk
  Date: 2014-04-28T14:08:34.073
  Event ID: 11

And these two are most vital as appearing.

So ... first of all, uninstall it:
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\[B]PC Tools Disk Suite[/B]
Next, test your HDD using Seatools. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/313457-seatools-dos-windows-how-use.html

As there is a reported controller error (*), Get rid of intel rapid storage. First uninstall it from Control Panel > Programs and Features. Then Uninstall the driver from device manager.

  1. Right click on "my computer" icon and click "manage" on the context menu.
  2. It will open the "computer management" window.
  3. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
  4. Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
  5. Select one Intel device item under it, right click, uninstall.
  6. Continue the process for all Intel items under "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"
  7. Now restart the computer. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate native system driver.
Plus .... this is bad. You have 32 programs to autostart with windows. :zip:
Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
Let us know the result.
