BSOD on new custom build

Fresh install of Windows 7 Ult with SP1 on brand new hardware

BSOD when After 90 minutes gaming (twice now - pc under varying stress)
BSOD while playing video on VLC player (once - no stress)

Thankful for any insight you can provide.
