BSOD on reboot

Hello,

In the last 2 days my laptop appears to have BSOD'd when I've tried to reboot.

I'm looking to find out if there's anything obvious from the two dumps? (software or hardware issue)

Ok patch first up is this a company machine because you list Enterprise as the OS?? If it is then do you have admin rights on the machine??

Ok mate now these are to the best of my knowledge graphical problems

***** Kernel symbols are WRONG. Please fix symbols to do analysis.

What I would do first up is the simple stuff and run these
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2
Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs – you can leave out the /r switch in ckdsk if you feel it not necessary
