BSOD on Shutdown, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL windows 7

Hi whenever my pc goes to the shutdown screen the screen goes black then proceeds with the IRQL BSOD, so i have to long press on the power button or remove the plug to shut it down. but im afraid of the effects that might occur from not shutting it down properly. So guys please help :(

Just after the mini loading bar runs an error message pop up. it says "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." is that normal?

Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
