BSOD On shutdown

Dear (new) friends,

as in title my system gives me BSOD after all the shutdown sequence.

Find here attached all the relevant data.

It started after the instllation of COD black ops and the new directx embedded in it.

I have updated the gtx 275 drivers to the version (8.17.12.5896) win updates pointed but the problem still remains..

I suggest updating your USB drivers via Device Manager.

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\libusb0.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for libusb0.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for libusb0.sys
Probably caused by : libusb0.sys ( libusb0+392c )
