BSOD on startup, error 0x0000004E PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

I haven't gotten a bsod in a while and I thought that things were better. However, today when I started up my pc, a little while later, I got this BSOD.

I think I have a driver issue but I don't know which driver is causing these blue screens

sorry to see you abandon the other threads on this. I will have to say good luck to you on this and perhaps a local computer store or community college or university computer club might be equipped to test the hardware for you.

I just ran it and it detected and got rid of zyyequkheo64
Do you think this was the cause of the bsod or just something else you found?
