Yes, the .zip was posted but the only thing in it is the .dmp file. It doesn't provide enough information to track down the cause of the problem. Following the instructions in the link I provided, will provide additional files which will help narrow down the cause.

Out of curiosity, how did you determine that? It's not highlighted in my copy of the .dmp.

I see the driver at multiple places, like in the callstack where the amifldrv64 makes a call to free up memory.
