Hi,

I was recently playing the Battlefront beta after installing new AMD drivers when a bsod occurred. Booting into Windows after this point has resulted in the following bsod. Unfortunately I'm unable to provide dump files as Windows is not accessible in any configuration.

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x000000012f 0x000108e0)
The system has been shut down.

Note:
Due to this issue I'm unable to reach Safe Mode in any configuration.
I've also ran sfc /scannow which detected now issues
I've also tried bootrec.exe /FixMbr and /Fixboot which were succesful but did not resolve the issue.

I've ran Startup Repair several times and received this message
If you have recently attached a device to this computer, such as a camera or portable music player, remove it and restart your computer. If you continue to see this message, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Short of formatting I'm running out of things to try to be honest, if anyone has any more insight on this I would be very grateful.

Thanks,
Tom

Thanks for the reply axe0,

I've just ran chkdsk /r on both drives. The C: check fixed a few bad clusters but I'm still unable to load into any Windows configuration.

If you have Avast rescue media use it to scan for malware.
If not, you need another working PC to create it.
