I consistently get a BSOD every time I recover the system from a suspended state.

New Lenovo E530, with a fresh Win7 Ultimate install along with a bunch of driver updates from Lenovo. Using aftermarket memory and a SSD from my old laptop. I've run a battery of tests against both the memory and the drive, but haven't found any problems.

BCCode: f4
BCP1: 0000000000000003

Minidump says ntoskrnl.exe was the source.

Attached files.

Many thanks in advance!

Hello,

Sounds like an issue with the firmware on your SSD. Try flashing it with this: OCZ Technology

I am unable to see what version you are currently running, so let us know if it says the firmware is already up-to-date.

Nice thought, thanks for taking a look!

Unfortunately the BSOD still appears like clockwork.

I was running 1.32 and latest firmware is 1.37. There was a bugfix in 1.3.7 that fixed some BSOD issues. I've upgraded, but I'm still able to recreate the BSOD at will by simply suspending Windows and then attempting to restore...

Other thoughts?

Fixed now. It was the AHCI driver for the drive. The updated one from Lenovo is here.
