Hello, I have been getting the blue screen of death on my win 7 Dell desktop for about 2 weeks. I managed to back up all of my files onto an external hard drive , but then today started getting the same BSOD when starting up my toshiba win 7 home premium 64 bit notebook.

Since the BSOD on my desktop , I am unable to connect to the internet as it no longer recognises the wifi card in the PCI slot.

So I will continue with the information from my notebook.

My system specs are:

Manufacturer: Toshiba
Model: Satellite L-650
Processor: AMD Phenom II P820 Triple-core 1.80 GHz
RAM: 4GB
System Type: 64 bit OS

Original installed OEM OS

Hardware is 2 years old

Install is 2 years old (no re-installations)

This is what windows says when it recovers:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 2057

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: a
BCP1: 000000000000A5D8
BCP2: 0000000000000002
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: FFFFF80002D0B2BC
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\032712-24367-01.dmp
C:\Users\Toshiba\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-107890-0.sysdata.xml

I have attached the Dump and Health Reg as a zipped attachement.

I will try to get the system info for the dell pc later today.

A big thanks to any one who can help.

You are running Kaspersky 2011; I would recommend updating to 2012 as it provides more stability.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 000000000000a5d8, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :

bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002d0b2bc, address which referenced memory
