Hello everyone,
I have a user thats laptop bluescreens once every time on start up then restarts normally. I've run a chkdsk several times with no issues, I've reseated the hard drive, I ran malware bytes and found three things; two registry entries and a toolbar, I ran TDSSKiller after that but didn't find anything else, I ran an sfc /scannow which found no integrity problems. I'm running out of ideas, although my thoughts that the HDD is at fault could be very wrong. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Dell Latitude E6330
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
