BSOD - Only when waking up from SLEEP - 0x000000F4

Yes, we need to know what processes are active at that time.

OK, first Adwcleaner did not find anything and CHKDSK was good too

As for Task Manager, problem here is when I was the computer from SLEEP, even though it shows the desktop for about 10 sec, I am unable to open Task Manager. Windows it seems is non-responsive during this phase.

However I did manage to take a screenshot of the Process just before I put the computer to SLEEP, hopefully that is what would have been there when waking from sleep??

The processes taking the most resources are if I am correct Windows processes.
Boot in safe mode and see if the problem persist.

Update:

During my last post I was in the process of installing all the available windows updates and jut before this I thought I may as well update my SSD's firmware, as I read that quite a few people experiencing BSOD on when waking from SLEEP, had success with an SSD firmware update.

Suffice to say either the Windows updates or the SSD firmware update seems to have fixed my problem [I hope] as after having successive multiple BSOD's the past few days, I just put the computer to SLEEP 2 times now and no BSOD. Perhaps still too early to tell but it looks promising.
