Your network driver is old and in need of updating:
Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\l1c62x64.sys (1.0.0.4, 56.00 KB (57,344 bytes), 6/10/2009 4:34 PM)

sptd.sys
Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done:

Hi Michael. To begin, I recommend that you uninstall Daemon Tools. It uses a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads. Select uninstall; do NOT select reinstall.

Here is a free alternative CD virtualization program that does not use the sptd.sys driver.

Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

I did not see that Lemur had posted.

LOL!

Boucher, you also have some drivers that need updating. The 2007 driver is really obsolete. This XP software. Out of date drivers can and do case conflicts, memory corruption and BSOD's.
L1C62x64.sys Wed Apr 01 01:09:17 2009 - Atheros L1c PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller. OEM - none at http://www.atheros.com/pt/index.html. Try updating this driver from your computer manufacturer's website.

vmm.sys Fri May 15 08:28:12 2009 - Virtual Machine Monitor driver - Microsoft Virtual PC 2004. Microsoft Download Center. This software is out of date. Update it through Microsoft.

VMNetSrv.sys Wed Jan 24 07:05:46 2007 - Microsoft Virtual Machine Network Services Driver. Microsoft Download Center. Update this software from Microsoft.
