Windows 7 x64

Parts are about a year old.
CPU:Intel i7-950 @4.0ghz
Mem:6GB
GPU:Asus HD5850

While I am playing games or watching YouTube (stressing the GPU at all), out of no where my screen goes blank and I get a loss of signal. While that is happening, my gpu fan goes to the max. I would have to do a hard reset for it to go back to normal.

Most of these point directly to your video drier/card. I would re-install using these to the newest version available.

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffffffffff, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002c8a6a6, address which referenced memory

Alright. Did what you said, but the crashes are still happening. Also, a new issue: when I watch videos in fullscreen on my second monitor (55" tv), the video flickers very frequently.
