My computer crashed with two system failures because of the Blue Screen of Death earlier this morning. One at 3:16am ET, and other at 3:48am.
One is the computer puts into Sleep Mode, when I opened it, it still locks up the log-on screen, but Blue Screen appears, and secondly before I Shut Down or Restart, the Blue Screen also appears. Can you help me fix it, please? Thank you for your cooperation.
