BSOD Pc stability problem

Thanks for reading my problem, I have stability problems on the pc trying to solve checking driver updates and the problem persists. I have formatted several operating system operating some better than others but all with the same problem of freezing, many thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome unpincho mate your specs are bit thin as you really should quote the board model so we can look for drivers.

I see in your msinfo there are some issues with USB stuff but until we get a BSOD dump file itself and that board model and it may be of use to update the specs please.

Ok well lets have a stab at least if you cannot send those dumpfiles not even in safe mode then I have to assume that your systemhas some very odd issues.



I think one thing you should do right now is to back up all ofyour data if you haven't already and if you cannot do this becausethe machine is constantly crashing then I would suggest yo usethis

Setthe BIOS to boot from the optical when the machine boots it will showyou a screen with TRYor INSTALL>select TRYnotINSTALL

Whenit is finished - it takes very little time you will get a screen likein the pic .

Openthe drive you want > User and dig down until you get to the data /settings you may be able to copy / paste the material you want to anexternal source or other installed drive doing this.

Iam not sure if it will but I have recovered tons of data etc usingthis method both on "dead" or just plain drives that youcannot get data from using Windows.

This runs in a Linux environment and Windows is not involved sotherefore should not crash if it does then I would be inclined tosuspect a major hardware failure. But remember only use TRY not theINSTALL because that will install the system over the Windows.

I think try this first as also while you have Ubuntu (or Mint)running at least you will have access to the net to retrieve driversand run tests on some of your hardware. However I cannot help youbecause I do not know what you have in that machine or indeedwhether you built it or it was bought as a ready made one. So thereare a few basic things we need to know about the machine the model,the motherboard brand and model the GPU – if you know if have acard in the machine.

I hope you can see the problem from our perspective from the pointof view that if we do not a bit more about the machine at least thenthis wil take a reasonably long time to sort out.

Ok well it seems that the following dump is a probable cause for the crash on yoru machine the suggested fix is to reinstall the game Counter Strike only just make sure you uninstall it thoroughly and my choice would be to use Revo to uninstall it as it is a bit more thorough than doing thiis through the Controal Panel.
