BSOD playing any game any moment, i format and still remain

Guys i don't know what happen but i have a lot of blue screens and msg errors, sometimes IRQL_LEES_OR_NOT_EQUAL, another time push up a window telling me something like can not be read a memory adress, another one PFN_LIST_CORRUPT 0x000004E

HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE i dont understand, i check memory with windows and are ok, same with HD... i dk if are drivers, graphic card, mother, or font
