BSOD playing Assassin's Creed 3, error 0x0000001E

0x0000001E (0XFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0X000000002772FA74, 0X0000000000000008, 0X000000002772FA74)
appears frequently when I play Assassin's Creed 3. (It's also happened a couple times during the Battlefield 3 campaign and once in Assassin's Creed Revelation multiplayer. It didn't occur with the other games I've played.
