BSOD playing Borderlands 2, error 0x000000e1 (?)

I have been getting BSOD errors consistently while playing Borderlands 2 after maybe 15 minutes of play. The error has happened during other games as well but not consistently enough for me to recall what errors they were or for me to reproduce them. I may have the error code switched around because I neglected to write it down (either 0x000000e1 or 0x0000001e). I have run memory diagnostic with several passes and so far no problems have been found. The RAM is seated properly, so I am not exactly sure how to proceed in figuring out this error.

Welcome aboard, Jeepmash.

It is a stop0x3B. According to Carrona.org, STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Usual causes:
System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory

As I am seeing, it is caused by nVidia display driver, which is the latest version installed here.
Code:
fffff880`0e1e2268 fffff880`1312e17dUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
 nvlddmkm+0xf617d
Uninstall the display driver using driver fusion, and install an earlier one which was stable there.

Let us knoe the results.

Alright, I will. Is there a particular reason for using 306.23? I had been encountering BSODs while on the latest driver build from NVIDIA

That is why. I am also a nvidia user, and I also faced some troubles with the latest one.

And, 306.23 is the just earlier stable build, as I found myself. Suggesting it out of personal experience :)

Ok. I wasn't seeming to get any errors while running Borderlands 2 (played for a couple hours), but another kind of BSOD occurred while I was trying to play LA Noire... This is unending XD

Update the display driver to the latest. I am using nVidia 310.33 beta now, and it works very good for me.

So the errors are still happening because of the video card driver?

Alright I've updated the driver to 310.33 but I got a new error while playing Skyrim... These things are unending...

EDIT: I've also gotten the same error that I was having originally while playing Source games (Portal 2, Black Mesa, etc.)

Good news that the card is OK.

Reduce the priority settings of those games. It may make the situation a bit better.

Uninstall Avast using Avast Uninstall Utility.
Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Download and install those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Let us know the results.
