BSOD always says SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. This has been relatively common since I received the machine. When I received it, it was running fresh install of Windows 7 Professional x64 and a new set of RAM. Tried switching the video card with an AMD one to no avail (switched them back before this BSOD).

Any help is appreciated :)

Every dump I've looked at so far is stating Memory Corruption with them all being nVidia related.

I've updated the system specs accordingly. The ATI drivers is from when I used a friend's AMD gfx card, which we had already suspected of having issues. I believe my Nvidia gfx is going bad, so the corrupted memory isn't to surprising. I was just wanting to make sure it was in fact my gfx before I replace it.

I don't believe the AMD Drivers is what's causing the problem. Those drivers were just installed yesterday when I placed the AMD card in. I've removed those drivers today. Before that though they were nonexistent. This issue has been going on for a few months now with just the Nvidia Driver installed and fully updated. I just uninstalled/ reinstalled the Nvidia graphics and PhysX drivers only. Is there a possibility that the gfx card is soon to go out? It is a few years old. Though lately what's been confusing me is that I can run League of Legends fine now, yet when I play a different game (mainly Diablo 3 and Neverwinter) it BSODs. The BSOD usually follows after the game crashes a few times. This is why I'm leaning to the gfx being bad.

The AMD drivers being there will only confuse things and can conflict with the nVidia drivers. There is a possibility the card is going bad but we need the drivers as clean as possible to ascertain that, can you wipe the system of any AMD drivers that aren't needed.

The AMD driver have been fully removed. It took a bit for it to crash again but here's my last log for the BSOD. I removed the other logs so you wouldn't have to go through them again.
