The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.
Follow it:

Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.
Wait for the next system crash. When you receive any further BSOD, search the .dmp files manually in the default path:
C:\Windows\Minidump or
%SystemRoot%\Minidump. Post it following the
Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.
In the mean time, have a look.
Code:

So it is obvious that your display driver is not up to date. Update your ATI/AMD display driver.
You can get it from the link in our forum,
http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-...alyst-video-driver-windows-7-a.html#post17671, or you may go to
AMD Graphics Driver and Software and opt for Automatically Detect and Install the appropriate driver for your card.
Otherwise, you may opt for getting the latest drivers from HP's website.
During installation, you may opt for advanced installation, and install the display driver only, not the Catalyst Control Center.

So, you can see how much trouble Norton is causing there. It is recommended that you uninstall Norton and all Symentec products using
Norton Removal tool. Use
Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and
free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.
You got Stop 0x01 too, though you haven't mentioned it. A stop 0x01, as far as I have experienced, most of all the cases they are caused by a third party antivirus program; and removing the antivirus solved that BSOD. So there is some rational behind removing Norton.
As you can see that PowerISO is also causing some problems during boot-up, better you uninstall it, too. Also free up the startup.
- Click on the Start button
- Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
- Select the “Startup” tab.
- Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
- Apply > OK
- Accept then restart.
Disc failure is also there.

So you need to do some disc checks and attempt to recover the HDD. You may either try
HP Hardware Diagnostic Tools or use seatools.
- Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.
Let us know the results.
