SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff8800933cf8a, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff880033a2758, Exception Record Address
Arg4: fffff880033a1fb0, Context Record Address

Your logitech camera drivers seem to be causing BSOD-s for you. You might want to check for an update on its driver from here and see how it goes. If not, you can unplug it from the computer and see if it still blue screens.

I haven't GOT BSOD Often from that Logitech but i guess Google was Right but It not a Quickcam STX like 90% Of Result I found

but Logitech Webcam are all the same I guess Like the Quickcam PRO 9000 just some are higher quality so I guess there Dangerous product that cause BSOD if you dare to use it microphone

Do You think Clean uninstalling a Driver like in Safe mode on window 7 and installing it in safe mode or installing out of safe mode could result in not having risk of running into this again ?

i doubt buying a new HD Webcam from Logitech would resolve the problem perhap buying a USB STICK microphone with a Good noise Filter might be a Good option. i hardly use the Webcam every week but this is going off-topic... i guess
