BSOD playing flash player streaming or World of warcraft or Skype

Hello,

Here since 2 weeks i got BSOD 1-2 times per day where wacthing streaming or using skype or running WoW.

In the windows solution center it's always flaged as video issue with BCCode 117.

After most of BSOD, the nvidia card will be missing. I had to remove the battery in order to solve the issue.

I already re-install video driver few times and flashed Bios.

Please update your nVidia graphics card driver to the latest WHQL version, using this method:

1. Start rb: Type: Device Manager
2. Expand Display Adapters
3. Right-Click Driver Name, Uninstall
4. Reboot
5. Run Driver Sweeper
6. Reboot
7. Install Downloaded Driver

Driver Sweeper will scan for any left over files from the old driver, old driver files can cause conflicts with new driver installations. Create a System Restore point beforehand, in case any problems or issues arise.

y tdr is early 300 related nvidia drivers.
I suggest changing to and an older 285.26 top performance and no problems, you won't regret it!

well for the last few days the nvidia card is not detected by the system, again. i tried to removed the batterie and hold power button but it worked one time per 5.

now i finaly did install the Asus driver...let's wait and see...

if it happens again, i think i will send to Asus...i am getting tired after hours spent on that issue.

Just for information, if it may help anyone else, what i did is:

- remove batterie, hold power button for 20 sec, then wait at least 24 hours (it does not work if i power on immediatly, unlike before;
- power on, then immediatly remove the card;
- reboot, then use driver sweep; some register seems cant be removed, i removed it mannualy;
- disable the windows auto install driver fonction, then reboot again;
- no card detected again, i have to wait a other 24 hours;
- re install Asus driver, now works...

Unfortunately, not. For last fews days, bsod happen again and the card is detected only 1 time by 10 reboot. i have to do a factory reset, but still no card in device manager.

In bios, i can see a line called vbios, i dont know if it s related to my nvidia which is not dead?

I saw many conplains online about asus dedicated card not being detected but no proper sokution found...
