I built this computer for a friend of mine (the one under my specs) and he's having trouble with BSOD's. I reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate x64. Still problems, so I thought the RAM was going bad. We ran memtest86+ and found an error so I replaced the RAM with the one currently in my profile. He ran memtest again and found 0 errors. He is still having BSOD's mostly IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL on ntoskrnl.sys, tcpip.sys, afd, sys, ks, sys, etc. We reinstalled manufacturer drivers from Asrock and installed the latest catalyst from ATI for the HD 5770. We've done some other troubleshooting: CHKDSK found nothing, hard drive SMART wasn't tripped, had no reallocated sectors. I've disabled everything in BIOS that could cause troubles, Cool n quiet, advanced core calibration, etc. I had him run the BSOD posting tool.
