BSOD playing GW2 / GTA 5

Blue screen of death happened twice while playing Guild Wars 2, no issues then it just happened. Same for GTA 5, it just happened and I couldn't do much about it.

I didn't think much of it the first time around then realized it started to become a problem while playing video games. Below is my dump files and all the information relating to it.
