My system used to have BSOD issues with my old GTX 295 until I got a replacement, which is my current GeForce GT 630, and until recently it has been absolutely phenomenal for the gaming I do. However, the past two weeks I have been encountering crashes while playing and the screen will freeze, the sound will glitch out and turn into the standard "bzzzzzzzzzzz", the screen turns black and then my computer will restart while my monitors flicker. It never goes directly to the BSOD, however when the "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" screen comes up it always says BlueScreen. This has happened four times in the past two weeks.

I have BlueScreenView and it claims that "dxgkrnl.sys+5d134" and "dxgkrnl.sys+5d140" is the address at fault.

Please help! This is extremely frustrating as this is the second graphics card that has been giving me problems and I don't know what to do. :(

Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+82fad4 )

The problem is caused by your graphics driver. Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again and you should be good to go! This is the guide for DDU: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/83814-drivers-clean-left-over-files-after-uninstalling.html
