STOP 0x00000F4 when playing League of Legends

Hello guys, so everytime I get into a league game and play for like 2-3 mins my pc shows the following blue screen and then shuts down... don't know what to do. Here's some info, if you need more let me know.

Extra info: My computer has been working very slowly the last couple days, I formatted my pc today and it works much faster now but now this blue screen errors keep happening ONLY when trying to play League.

I am here for junior's work & just had an eye on your information.

1. I am sorry to say that I could hardly make anything because of the used language.
I think there are ways where you can change the installation/windows language without a reinstall. So, i would advise to change language to English as of now. Once the things are done, you can revert back to your preferred language.

2. Once language changed, please update your specs. You may use information from Speccy Portable : Speccy - Portable

Please go to Windows Update in Control Panel and run it, then install all available updates. Many of these updates improve Windows in many different areas (performance, stability, security, ...), as such there's quite a chance that installing the updates will solve your problem.
