2 occasions so far, once while playing FONV and once during Left 4 Dead 2. Any help would be appreciated. I should mention that i had a small OC on my gfx card during the first one, but turned it back to stock settings after.

Thanks in Advance
Callum

Hello Calbini.

Uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Roll back the fraphics driver to an older one.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

Let us know the results.

Progress report:

I have uninstalled McAfee and replaced the Nvidia driver in the correct way. I ran memtest overnight when i first built the machine (>a year ago) and it had no errors. Is it worth running again? I will run it overnight anyway if i don't get a response.

I will let you know if there are any more BSODs

Thanks

OK, you may let the memtest be pending. If there are more crashes, you have to do it.
